Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when working with The SOP Shop. Our services are custom, strategic, and high-touch — which means we invest time, planning, and care into every engagement. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on services that have been delivered in full or substantially performed. This includes all phases of strategy, systems setup, and any custom assets or documentation provided.

Refunds on Cancelled Projects (Before Work Begins)

If you cancel a service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (typically minus a non-refundable administrative or scheduling fee). The specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

Need to Reschedule?

We understand that life and business can shift. We’re happy to accommodate one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice before the first working session. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Custom Agreements Take Precedence

Some engagements may include a custom contract or terms of service — in those cases, the terms of your signed agreement will apply and override this general policy.
